(aka Bigfoot), Source: 2x modified Neumann KM254 microphones -> mic power supply -> Zefiro Inbox -> Sony D8 -> MDAT, Likely transfer lineage: DAT playback digital out -> Sek'd Prodif Plus -> Sound Forge -> CD Architect -> CD-R (my trade copy from Sandy in 2002), CD extraction, edits*, and FLAC conversion by easyjim: CD-Rs -> xACT v1.62 (CD Paranoia - extraction) -> joined .wav files (1 per disc) -> Digital Performer v5.1 (import, align & crossfade overlap between discs, split tracks) -> xACT 1.62 > .flac (level 8), * A few seconds overlap was present at the end of Disc I and the beginning of Disc II on the discs received from Sandy, and the introduction and Maggie's Farm were combined into a single track. This re-tracked version is now seamless, with the overlap re-aligned and crossfaded. No other edits were performed with a view to share this recording pretty much as it was received.
