It has been my practice to identify such recordings by means of the use, of initials or some acronym etc. However, until I can make certain that the tapers, involved do not object to the use of such identificational strategies, I will use totally, arbitrary letters to identify the tapers involved., There will be three series: (a) Legendary Tapers Series: tapers who may still be at work, today, but whose recordings go back to the 1970's and 1980's; (b) NET Tapers Series: tapers, who may still be at work, but whose work essentially begins with the NET; (c) Contemporary, Tapers Series: tapers whose work is rather recent. The Tapers will be identified as LTA, LTB, NTA, NTB, CTA, CTB, Nothing is implied by the letter of the alphabet used for a, given taper.
