The 13 Oct 2003 Oslo Watchtower Remaster has a flaw. 

At about 5:01 of AATW is a brief dropout (silence). The track then picks up again, restarting at about 4:03 (i.e. repeating just under a minute's worth).  From there it continues to the end of the song. 

You can check yourself: 

At about 4:04 Bob sings "... two riders were approaching and the wind began to howl". 

At about 5:04, when he starts singing again, he repeats "... two riders were approaching and the wind began to howl".
