Notes: While listed as "not in circulation" by both Olof & Dundas, this seems to have surfaced recently.  I received this set from two different traders (one source having received his copy from Dundas himself).  While the first set was more complete (both are missing "Slow Train"), the second was a lower generation and had fewer flaws.  I merged the two, with the Bridges-Evans-King-Havis-Young set coming from the higher gen set and the rest from the lower gen set (the lower is the Dundas set).  Merged at d1t06 3:23.
