"Bob Dylan fans with thousands of spare dollars lying around might want to check out an E-Bay auction
that purports to offer a tape containing an unreleased tune
that Dylan recorded during the sessions for 1987's Down in the Groove. 
The seller says that the tape, which contains three versions of a song 
called "Sidewalks, Fences and Walls," was given to him by album producer David Briggs. 
He says that Briggs, who died in 1995, came to his house from a recording session 
"early on a fall morning. I answered the door. David Briggs says, 'I've got a gift for you! 
Sit down. Smoke this. Listen to this. I just came from the studio with Bob Dylan and this is for you! 
"Sidewalks, Fences, and Walls."'" Bidding on the tape starts at 12-thousand-500 dollars.
