I did not harm the sound of the recording in any way other than pitch improvement.
Contrary to what is written by Krogsgaard and Bjørner, this source is mono. 
The original right channel had an annoying high-pitch whine, so I doubled the left channel. 
The source of my CD has obviously been processed in some way, e.g. normalizing 
most parts of the recording to the maximum. % indicates a break in the original recording.
d1t06, d2t01incomplete at start. d2t10 fades out, d2t11 fades in - both tracks incomplete.
d2t07/4:58 to d2t08/0:21 was patched from an old tape of the same master.
