Note: I have not compared this recording to LB-2928, which like this recording is said
to have excellent sound. However, this recording has a complete KOHD, whereas LB-2928
has this track clipped at the beginning by 45 seconds or so. One notable fingerprint
for the present recording is that the taper (apparently) coughs at the beginning or between
songs on several occasions on d2 -- eg before Gates of Eden and after.
