NOTE: level on "Gotta Serve Somebody" was too high (both on LB-7105 and LB-6156) 
and was reduced to be at the same level as the rest of the show. Whole show amplitude
was then raised by 3 db, using LARS as reference to avoid clipping. About 21 seconds 
of crowd noise at beginning were edited in from LB-6156, and about 17 seconds edited in 
from LB-6156 at d1-d2 junction (LB-7105 was not seamless). No EQ or normalization 
applied. Thanks to Chuck and Massimo for the torrents.
