I wanted to share this show, because I was there and remember it being a completely remarkable Dylan show.  The Sundome was a tiny venue, in a retirement community.  It was where I graduated from high school, and it was often used as a concert venue, certainly not for artists as well-known as Bob Dylan.  

Because of its location, the extent of the security was a squad of elderly people in old-time ushers uniforms.  The reserve seating was entirely filled with their children, who were all decades-long Dylan fans.  The GA seating was all the next generation, including my brother and I.  Somewhere around Love Sick, everyone in the GA area realized that there was nothing stopping us from getting in the aisles and standing as close as we could, and thats exactly what we did.  

Ive seen Dylan many times in the years since, but this was the only time Ive been fortunate enough to see him in a venue of about 1,000 people, standing front row center, while he played Like a Rolling Stone.  It was a truly incredible experience.  

This show was about two weeks before the release of Love & Theft, and he and his band are in absolutely top form.  It still stands out as the best Dylan show Ive ever seen.
