Bob Dylan, 7/15/78, Blackbushe, England, 3CDR LB-9976, (69min+71min+37min), captainacidremaster new source final, Hi Dylan fanatics, here it is, Acid Project Vol 14 Version 2 - From A NEW SOURCE., When i have shared my first remaster of Blackbushe i got a mail from a secret friend that was on Blackbushe, too.He has said that he has master tapes of Blackbushe gig, different to those that i have remastered (LB-5169), and offered kindly to send me the transfer of his tapes., I have said yes, well of course !, The tapes were great. Clear sound with mid and high end, bit exaggerated. Those were TDK AD tapes, C-60. Much better than what was considered to be the best source, so far.As always there were some bits missing. Like the beginning or an ending of a song. I have taken those bits from my previous remaster and reconstructed what was missing., I have fixed the phase issue, pitch ( slowed it a tiny bit down) and level corrected.Than i have added a bit of "Waves Maxx Bass" ( my setting, very light ). Than i have done some EQ. Nothing else!, I have actually made 5 different remasters of this new source !, And than, after a few days of listening i have chosen the best one !, This one is real special to me. You see, i was at Blackbushe in 1978. I was just 17 and this concert kind of blew my mind. I was never the same after this gig. It was all rock`n`roll for me, after it, nothing else mattered. And it`s still the same. It was my "Woodstock"., And it was important gig for Dylan, too. And it was his biggest crowd., Mr D. has adopted his magnificent artwork cover, and now it looks even better., Enjoy, Captain Acid APRIL 2012, Master cassette audience recording - NEW SOURCE, "Original Recording By Two Guys From Swanmore Hants", THIS REMASTER WAS PREMIERED ON HUNGER CITY IN APRIL 2012 --------------------------------------------------- bittorrent download 04/12; in 3-way comparison these are different recordings based on different crowd at end of d1t6; previous captainacidremaster LB-9969 has fullest warmest sound, then bootleg Blackbushe LB-6739 and then this which is much harsher narrower sound than the others; (did not listen to all of this) --------------------------------------------------- cut t32 5:39; dicontinuity pop t16 0:35, t17 4:01, t23 1:53, 3:16, t34 4:47;pop t30 4:02 t32 5:28 --------------------------------------------------- CD1 01 - My Back Pages (instr.), 02 - Love Her With A Feeling, 03 - Baby, Stop Crying, 04 - Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues, 05 - Shelter From The Storm, 06 - It's All Over Now, Baby Blue, 07 - Girl Of The North Country, 08 - Ballad Of A Thin Man, 09 - Maggie's Farm, 10 - Simple Twist Of Fate, 11 - Like A Rolling Stone, 12 - I Shall Be Released, 13 - Is Your Love In Vain, 14 - Where Are You Tonight, CD2 01 - A Change Is Gonna Come (vocal Dennis), 02 - Mr. Tambourine Man (vocal Springs), 03 - The Long And Winding Road (vocal Harris), 04 - Laissez-faire (vocal Soles), 05 - Gates Of Eden, 06 - True Love Tends To Forget, 07 - One More Cup Of Coffee (Valley Below), 08 - Blowin' In The Wind, 09 - I Want You, 10 - Senor (Tales Of Yankee Power), 11 - Masters Of War, 12 - Just Like A Woman, 13 - To Ramona, 14 - Don't Think Twice, It's All Right, CD3 01 - All Along The Watchtower, 02 - All I Really Want To Do, 03 - It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleedin'), 04 - Forever Young, 05 - Changing Of The Guards, 06 - The Times The Are A-changin' --------------------------------------------------- Please retain this info file and its LB number as a marker for this lossless set and if you spread it please list it in the description to avoid others getting duplicates
