All I did was: 
1 - converting it to wav, using WinAmp
2 - filtering the data to make it a little warmer and normalize left and right channel, using Cool Edit Pro 1.2
3 - splitting both files into named tracks, using Cool Edit Pro 1.2
4 - fixing Sector Boundery Errors using Trader's Little Helper
5 - converting wav into flac level 5, using FLAC Frontend v2.1 (FLAC 1.3.0)
