Bob Dylan and His Band

1995-05-23 San Francisco, CA (The Warfield Theater)

From an old DAT (received in trade 1995-07-28).  This may well be from the same source as LB-4044, but I'm torrenting it because I can't hear that f/p (shouts of "Happy birthday, Bob" after Never Gonna Be The Same.)  One f/p I HAVE picked out on this one is between Jokerman and Silvio (the very end of track 05) someone shouts out, "Sweetheart Like You," from fairly nearby.  ALSO:  The LB-4044 listing describes one of its x-refs as having, "a lot more hiss," implying possibly SOME hiss on the original?  (This has no hiss.)

TRANSFER DATE: 2017-02-02

WHAT I DID: DAT > WAV > Sound Forge (split into tracks) > FLAC > MP3tag (tagging)

WHAT I DID NOT DO: resample the files (they remain @ 48 khz, just as on the original DAT, so you will have to convert them yourself in order to burn to CD).

All thanks to the original taper and to the person who sent me the DAT (who may or may not be the same person).
