From an old cassette (received in trade, 1992).  Here's what Olof Bjorner has to say about this one (3550):

"Conducted over a ten day period in late November and early December.  Partly printed in Playboy, Vol 25, No. 3, March 1978.  The circulating tape contains the last two parts of the complete interview, consisting of 13 parts!

Incomplete mono recording, 81 minutes."  (actually, this is closer to 83 minutes.)
