Bob Dylan Grogan Acetates 64-65 This is from my 'original' Grogan dat. Probably there are hundreds of them out there. but I saw it and decided to upload should anyone feel the need. Anyone out there put in their 75 bucks, I think it was, into the pool that 'liberated' these acetates? Only 'respected Dylan collectors and Dylanologists' were offered the opportunity to pony up their money. If you didnt get the call you were a Dylan scrub; people were demanding to be allowed to be part of this event. Meanwhile questions were raised as to the main players who put the plan together... who would keep the actual acetates. Would someone who paid 0 actually end up owning the ark of the covenant? Where is the Ark? I know one thing, the one Dylan obsessive who put the acetates to dat was not the type to part with the goods once in his possesion. A few months after this thing of ours went down, I was a Dylan concert when a prominent Dylanist approached me, and with a knowing look, turning to and fro to make sure nobody was listening, spoke in hushed tones: "So, I assume you were asked to contribute to the Grogan acetates?" I couldnt help myself. "Contribute what?" acetates>dat>from which many clones were made, including this one>Filed created on microtrack>goldwave split of track>TLH Couldnt find the complete set list online, stuff from 64/65. Nothing earth shattering, TM with Ramblin Jack in the background.
