using GoldWave to correct the left channel volume by 0.80db
apply Effect -> Volume -> Maximize Volume
make copies of the files & rename the copies to _mono
load the mono files & apply Edit -> Stereo -> Channel Mixer -> Presets: Mono left
using CD Wave Editor to split the tracks
convert to flac using TLH: format flac/level 8/keep foreign meta data
copy info.txt file into show folder
create .ffp file using TLH
create .md5 file using TLH
convert to flac 24-48 & 16-44 using foobar2000
load files -> right-click -> select "convert"
select "..."
check Output, Destination & Processing
under "Processing" select "Resampler (dBpoweramp/SSRC)" 
here the bit format can be adjusted to ones personal needs.
use Mp3tag to tag flac files.
