Notes:

- There is a massive gap on the SBD source of track one where the opening snare shot skips over to halfway through the first verse. Instead of awkwardly fading in and out the SBD source just fades in after about a minute.
- Dylan's vocals are very quiet on the first half of the gig. I've boosted them where I can but it does result in slightly thinner vocals at times.
